Our Kids Self Defense Program is designed to promote self-defense and character development through goal setting, self-respect, working with other kids and adults, self-control and respect for others. We use a mixed approach of Kenpo Karate, Grappling and monthly POWerful Words to help students achieve self-confidence. The belt system teaches patience, practice, good attitude and self-discipline.
As far as the kids Karate instructors, I couldn't have picked a greater group of people to teach my kid! I love the way that they interact with the kids there! I really like the character building exercises that you have incorporated too. It's a wonderful way to reinforce the lessons that I, as parent, strive to teach. - Megan B
