Women's Kickboxing

Kick up your fitness program with a class that uses actual boxing and kickboxing techniques.  We focus on cardio conditioning, strengthening, toning and weight loss.  If you need a little more encouragement to stick to a fitness plan, the chick boxers are a great motivator.
