NEWSFLASH The SYSTEMA SEMINAR April 10th & 11th with Martin Wheeler, Brad Scornavacco & Al McLuckie was a great event. With 12 hours of instruction by these awesome instructors this event was a huge success. We could not make this a better event without all of the students and instructors who participated. Pictures are up on the Academy of Self Defense Facebook page. Feel free to comment on the seminar, we love to hear what you have to say. Fight Night!!! Fight Nights in July! Adrienne Seiber will defend her title July 17th in Kankakee. Jim Vancura will get a title shot at Bourbon Street. Details coming soon... POWerful Words character building has had a start at Academy of Self Defense. The students are working on learning the meaning of Open-Mindedness this month and how it applies to home, school and play. Stop by the school to learn more about giving your child an unfair advantage in life. Article on Dr. Robyn New! Kettlebell class on Saturdays from 2pm-2:45. Only $10 per class, you do not have to be a member to attend. Great for learning proper technique to workout at home. |
